The Chief Information Officer of the South Carolina Department
of Revenue Information Resource Management group (IRM) wanted
to optimize the performance of the IRM organization. He
sought greater project results while using fewer resources.
IRM requested assistance from Glenridge Consulting Group
to evaluate the current project environment and identify
steps that would help increase IRM project successes.
The CIO wanted practices to implement right away—ones
that would work within their legacy environment.

project leaders, and team members. They were sensitive

aspects of our environment and identified practical
approaches that we could implement right away.
